But she is better known as one of the two founders of TOAST, a leading British fashion and lifestyle brand. An enthusiastic cook, she enjoys creating new meals for family and friends. She divides her time between working in London and her home in West Wales, where she has a thriving kitchen garden and often walks the hills looking for foraged produce. She uses Instagram and her own blog 'Notes from the Lland' to photograph and write about food and a sense of place.
