Author description

Nicole Herft trained as a chef specialising in Italian cuisine, and now works as a food stylist for TV, magazines and books. She has worked with many of the industry greats, including Ina Garten on her Barefoot Contessa TV show and with the team on UK TV's One's Saturday Kitchen. She remains a serial entertainer who loves to serve delicious, simple food to her guests.
