Art for Baby

Author(s): Yana Peel

Picture Books

Twelve images by famous artists, from Damien Hirst to Keith Haring and Julian Opie, jump off the pages of this funky, chunky board book. Babies respond most to high-contrast black and white images and the artwork has been specifically chosen for the maximum visual stimulation. Art for Baby is the result of a unique collaboration with Outset Contemporary Art Fund and the NSPCC (UK’s National Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Children). Each book not only allows parents to explore some of the best contemporary art in the world with their young babies, but because 10% of proceeds from the sale of this book is donated to the NSPCC, they will also be making a difference to the lives of some of society’s most vulnerable children.
