Margherita Borin studied painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Venice under the guidance of Carlo Di Raco, Mauro Zocchetta, Paolo Fraternali, and Aldo Grazi. In her research she studies the use of pastels, watercolors, felt-tips, carbon paper, transfers, and wood pulp. She currently lives in Pantelleria, Italy.
